Hong Kong has a dynamic hospitality community and we are grateful that its members make time to visit ICI; they join visiting chefs and instructors from our network of global hospitality and culinary institutes, who are also happy to share their insights and experiences with our students.

Equally, our own faculty members, and selected students too, visit our network institutions and bring back ideas that continuously enhance our curricula at ICI.

Recruitment and Placement 

Our Recruitment and Placement team organises school visits, career talks and outreach activities in order to engage secondary school teachers and students. In addition, the team provides career counselling and placement services to help our students develop their career in the culinary industry.
